Lahela was born and raised on the island of Kaua’i, but moved to Guam in 2011 to start a new journey in life. Being from Hawaii, island life came naturally for her. As Director of Operations, Lahela keeps things running smoothly for both the business and the clients. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University, she has become a key component and essential contributor to the Washington Realty team. Shani Washington was born and raised in Houston, Texas but has since made Guam her home. She moved to the island in 2015 where she also received her real estate license. Before working as an agent, Shani was an on-air radio personality for 5 years where she was known as SHIMMY SHACK. Her deep love for music has blessed her with the opportunity to connect with so many people and create her own music. When she’s not working, you can find her being active, meditating, or relaxing at home with her dog.
